In my opinion one of the most overlooked writers of the strange and weird is Clark Ashton Smith. A man of many talents he would not just write but create in many different fields before his death in 1961.

Here then is a tasty treat for someone working a Sword & Sorcery or Weird campaign to bring something to the table many players won’t be familiar with.

Clocking in at only 16 pages it gives a barebones look at some of this unique world setting perfect for dropping into a campaign when the party goes off into an uncharted part of the map for instance.
